Hi, I'm Kamaliʻi — founder of Kama Health & Wellness Coaching, neuroscience major, mom of two, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athlete, yoga teacher, and certified health & wellness coach.

My Story

Kamali'i's Health Journey

My journey hasn't been easy. Between raising two amazing kids, recovering from multiple injuries, and balancing school with competitive sports, I've learned first-hand that true wellness is about strategy, not perfection.

I've been where many of my clients are — feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, and unsure how to make lasting changes.

What transformed my own health (and life) wasn't just training harder — it was learning how the brain and body work together, creating sustainable habits, and building resilience in every area of life.

For me, coaching isn't just about fitness or nutrition—it's about empowering people to step into their strongest, most confident selves. I believe every challenge can become an opportunity to grow, and every setback a chance to realign with your purpose.
