My journey hasn't been easy. Between raising two amazing kids, recovering from multiple injuries, and balancing school with competitive sports, I've learned first-hand that true wellness is about strategy, not perfection.
I've been where many of my clients are — feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, and unsure how to make lasting changes.
What transformed my own health (and life) wasn't just training harder — it was learning how the brain and body work together, creating sustainable habits, and building resilience in every area of life.
